We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. Packages will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS first class mail. All Orders over $2,000 require a signature. Please make sure you, or someone you designate, is available to sign for delivery, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance. We are not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order ships. If your order is sent back by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you are responsible to pay for re-shipping. We do not accept customer shipping accounts.

Expedited shipments placed Monday – Friday prior to 1pm (PST) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1pm (PST) will ship the following day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

While most orders are processed within 24-hours, orders may take 1-3 business days to process prior to shipment.

We gladly accept returns for refunds, exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items, including packaging, should be returned unused/unworn and in original selling condition along with proof of purchase. Merchandise condition is subject to our assessment.

How can I facilitate a return or exchange?

To facilitate a return or exchange of any non-personalized full-price items, please reach out to us at contact@yorkandangel.com within 14 days of delivery, where we will be happy to assist you. Kindly include your order number and a brief explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a free prepaid shipping label via email.

Please note: If we find that items have been used, we will send back the item(s) to your original address.

Please allow 1-3 business days upon arrival at our facility for your return to be authorized. Once approved, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label delivered to your email address associated with the return.

All 925 Sterling Silver York & Angel 14k Gold or Rhodium plated pieces are protected with an anti-tarnish barrier. In order to maximize the life of your York & Angel jewelry, we suggest following the below care instructions:

• Preserve your jewelry’s plating by avoiding contact with cleaning agents, beauty products, water and chemicals.
• Tarnish will accelerate when exposed to water, in high humidity areas, and with people who have a high Ph in their skin. Skin lotions, sunscreen, perfume, hairspray can all also accelerate tarnishing.
• Remove jewelry prior to exercise, washing your hands or swimming.
• Protect your jewelry by storing your items in a dry area in the York & Angel cloth bag which was included with your purchase.
• Clean your jewelry with a dry cotton cloth to renew its shine.
• Natural gemstones can be fragile. Do not use paper towels to clean your gemstones as they can cause scratching.

IMPORTANT: If you have highly sensitive skin, we advise caution to anyone wearing any kind of metals on their skin for prolonged periods. If you are aware that you have sensitive skin and are prone to reactions or have had green skin tarnishing before we advise you not to purchase silver based fashion jewelry and we take no responsibility or liability for any reactions that may take place; It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all precautions are taken as we are unable to know each individual's allergies and sensitivities. We are unable to offer a free replacement or a refund if you experience skin oxidization with our silver-based jewelry since each individuals skin type are all different. Please note that skin oxidization is also harmless.
