We gladly accept returns for refunds, exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items, including packaging, should be returned unused/unworn and in original selling condition along with proof of purchase. Merchandise condition is subject to our assessment.

How can I facilitate a return or exchange?

To facilitate a return or exchange of any non-personalized full-price items, please reach out to us at contact@yorkandangel.com within 14 days of delivery, where we will be happy to assist you. Kindly include your order number and a brief explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a free prepaid shipping label via email.

Please note: If we find that items have been used, we will send back the item(s) to your original address.

Please allow 1-3 business days upon arrival at our facility for your return to be authorized. Once approved, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label delivered to your email address associated with the return.


14K/18K Gold Jewelry

We gladly accept returns for refunds, exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery. Items, including packaging, should be returned unused/unworn and in original selling condition along with proof of purchase. Merchandise condition is subject to our assessment. All of our 14K/18K gold jewelry comes with a 1-year limited warranty. This means that for 1-year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Just contact us with images and we’ll send you a replacement.

We work with top manufacturers to create handcrafted, ethically sourced pieces that are made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our product, hence the 1-year coverage. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

Please note that jewelry is delicate in nature (especially handmade pave and prong settings)! If items are dropped, these items will likely damage due to their fine construction (this is true for fashion and fine jewelry as well). Any accidental damage will not be covered. Please put jewelry on last to ensure that the jewelry does not tug on your garments.

Do you offer returns on sale items?

In order to offer you the highest discount possible, all sale items must be final (sorry, it’s a finance thing). Please make your selections with care and review all product information before making your purchase. (Promo codes are excluded from this policy.)


How soon will I get my refund?

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your item upon arrival at our facility. For credit card refunds, please allow 10-15 days for the refund to be reflected on your account, excluding any shipping fees from your original order.

Please note: All personalized and made to order items are final sale. This includes silver, brass, stainless steel, 14K and 18K gold selections.
