Shipping policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. Packages will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. All orders over $2,000 require a signature. Please make sure you, or someone you designate, is available to sign for delivery, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance. We are not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order ships. If your order is sent back by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you are responsible to pay for re-shipping. We do not accept customer shipping accounts.
Deliveries outside of the US may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that York & Angel does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Expedited shipments placed Monday – Friday prior to 1pm (PST) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1pm (PST) will ship the following day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.
The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable.
While most orders are processed within 24-hours, orders may take 1-3 business days to process prior to shipment.
